Q-music & Telenet distributed 2 million 3D glasses to show their first stereoscopic commercials on television. It took a lot of preparation and effort to set up the complete project, but finally it is successfully on air and a site provides some extra information on the project for all audiences. Never change a winning team, so director Stef Viaene, production company Latcho Drom, Art Director Raf Schoenmaekers and Grid realized their next 3D commercial commissioned by Euro RSCG Brussels. Lu Petit Dejeuner promotes it breakfast snack using 3D cookies, impressive particles (grain) and sunny grading. Enjoy!

Best Wishes for & from Studio 100

Maximum Hit Music goes Dutch

Q-music’s successful “Maximum Hit Music” commercials are exported to the Netherlands. Live footage of the well known DJ’s Jeroen Van Inkel and Ruud Dewild are mixed with black and white images specifically shot for Q-music, and with a selection of video clips. Some fine image treatment did the rest. Brandy engaged Grid for the complete production and post-production. Enjoy !

Long Live Belgium

Clouseau wrote a rock song about Belgium, Long Live Belgium! Director Nicolas Vantomme was happy to realise his treatment for the music video produced by Courage and commissioned by EMI MUSIC. Courage selected GRID to work together on the postproduction and the vfx, 3D and set supervision. For those who have not seen it yet, have fun!

No smoking

First full-length feature film based on the successful Studio 100 mystery TV series aired on Nickelodeon. The story relies heavily on VFX, which will be provided by Grid. Director: Dennis Bots. Theatrical release October 2008.

Celebrating the 15th anniversary of Kabouter Plop, Studio 100 plans to re-release the first film. We cleaned up and fine-tuned the old shots and enhanced several scenes with the latest 3D techniques.

We have never hidden our love for HD here at Grid, so not surprisingly we were very enthusiastic about this project which promotes the advantages of HD in a comprehensible and convincing way for a wide audience. The spot was shot with the Viper camera straight to HDcam SR. The audience sees a kissing couple set against a historic backdrop with the characteristic look of old cinema techniques. The contrast with the pure and detailed image of HD couldn’t be greater. However the emotion on the screen stays the same. This 60 sec. spot will be shown in all of Kinepolis cinemas.
