15 years ago, Frank De Wulf’s passion for film, 3D and vfx lead to the foundation of Grid vfx. With his knack for innovation he managed to turn Grid into one of the leading vfx studios in Belgium, in just a few years time. Since then, things have evolved at a fast rate. Now we find ourselves 15 years later, and so the time has come to pause for a moment, to take stock of our past achievements, and to look forward to future dreams and ambitions.

Recently, Frank has decided to change his relation with Grid, which means he will evolve from his position as stakeholder and manager to a creative production consultant. This decision allows Frank to combine his work at Grid with his musical ambitions (www.frankdewulf.com) and creative exploits.

Frank’s share in Grid is transferred to the other stakeholder, Jan Goossen, guaranteeing the continuity of the studio. Grid will continue to follow the course that was originally set out by Jan Goossen, with the support of his management team (Jan Ebo, Charlotte De Mey).

Frank will be off to enjoy 2 well deserved months of holiday (april/may 2010). He will then finalise current engagements on some ongoing projects and as from June 2010, Frank will be engaged as creative consultant on demand of Grid and our clients.
Of course, our team will keep up the good work. Jan, Bert, Mathieu, Lieven, Pim, Daan, Jeroen, Kris, Laurens, Frank, Dirk, Carla, Frederik, Rene, Edith, Jan, Charlotte, Liesje, Natacha, Patrick, Samuel, Aykan, Piet, Bert, Tim, Kristof, Pieter, Maarten, Frank, Peter, Sebastian, Raf will keep delivering the Grid added value to your productions.
